Key Responsibilities:

Job Description for Development Facilitator.

Job objective.

Implement development actions that constitute the primary link between the WV program team and local stakeholders and communities, focusing on working with local groups and organizations to contribute to child well-being priorities.

Main functions.

• Implement and monitor the participation of children and adolescents in development activities planned from a shared vision with the community.
• Ensure compliance with communications between the child and the sponsor.

Requirements.

• Graduate or university student or technical level in Humanities or Social Studies (Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Education) or other related fields with complementary experience in the field.
• Technical Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in community development work.
• Experience in implementing techniques or dynamics with a focus on violence prevention.
• Work experience in contexts of risk of social insecurity
• Handling of a 4×4 vehicle is essential.
• Reside in the work area or surrounding municipalities.
