Directorate F leads on green deal and digital agenda. The Directorate consists of five units,
responsible for climate change, sustainable energy, nuclear safety, environment, sustainable agri-
food systems, transport and urban development, connectivity and digital transformation.
WE PROPOSE
We propose an interesting position in the Director’s secretariat, supporting the Director and the
Policy Assistant in the daily administrative management of the Directorate. This includes
management of the agenda of the Director, handling correspondence, document management
(registration, checking and follow–up of mail), filing, editing of texts, organising the Director’s
meetings and missions, being in permanent contact with the units, the hierarchy and outside
stakeholders. The colleague will deal with the Directorate’s document management (Ares) as well
as with the Director’s e-mail correspondence. The successful candidate will also provide guidance
to the secretariats of the five units and work closely with DG INTPA’s HR correspondent.

WE LOOK FOR
We are looking for a motivated, proactive and well-organised person with excellent administrative
skills and with an open and friendly attitude. They will have to deal with a range of different topics
under the responsibility of the Directorate which requires a high degree of flexibility, adaptability
and discretion. Attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust to changing
priorities are essential. They need to be well familiar with all the secretarial tools (Ares, MIPS,
DECIDE, Basis, Sysper, Outlook, Word,) as well as with the various online platforms (Microsoft
Teams, WebEx etc.)
A good knowledge of English and French is required. Some experience on human resources
management would be an advantage.
