El(la) Coordinador(a) de Proyectos para Selva Maya y Arrecife Mesoamericano (México) tiene un papel crucial para que el equipo sea eficiente y alcancemos los resultados de conservación que buscamos. La persona en este puesto brinda apoyo estratégico para asegurar la implementación efectiva de la estrategia del programa. Su rol será fundamental para garantizar que el equipo funcione de manera eficiente, que se dé seguimiento oportuno a compromisos, y que se mantenga una coordinación fluida con socios estratégicos.
El(la) Coordinador(a) tendrá un papel de liderazgo en la habilitación de proyectos de alto impacto a nivel de paisaje integrando diversas estrategias destinadas a detener la degradación del ecosistema y a abordar los factores que amenazan su viabilidad, así como el bienestar de las comunidades. El/ella facilita la colaboración entre actores locales, socios estratégicos y gubernamentales para asegurar la efectividad en el desarrollo de proyectos complejos. Un componente esencial es el uso de herramientas de análisis que soporten el plan de monitoreo y evaluación de las acciones en el paisaje. El/ella será la persona responsable de monitorear el impacto de las estrategias del paisaje y asegurar que se reporten periódicamente los avances en metas.
