Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid (2 days a week in office), Full-time

Salary: CIRCA £45,563 – £48,375

World Vision UK is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager with vision, ambition, and entrepreneurial flair to lead our high-value partnership strategy. You’ll be the driving force behind innovative, high-profile partnerships across corporate, media, sport, faith, entertainment, and cultural sectors. You’ll connect World Vision to organisations, events, artists, and platforms in bold, creative ways — campaigns that capture attention, attract new supporters, and strengthen our reputation as a trusted, mission-driven brand.

What you’ll do:

• Amplify and grow the brand: Shape partnerships that raise visibility, engage audiences, and position World Vision as a bold, trusted leader in the UK.
• Deliver growth with impact: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships that drive supporter acquisition, open new funding streams, and generate tangible results.
• Innovate fearlessly: Spot opportunities that others miss and bring ambitious campaigns to life, from co-branded content to cause-led activations.
• Lead collaborative initiatives: Build values-aligned alliances with businesses, broadcasters, artists, churches, and events — creating campaigns that inspire, excite, and deliver measurable impact.

• An entrepreneurial, creative operator who thrives on turning ideas into bold, high-profile campaigns.
• Confident building and managing senior relationships with flair and integrity.
