A. POST CONTEXT
The NATO Defence College (NDC) provides senior-level education, on transatlantic security issues, enabled by research on matters relevant to the Alliance, and supported by engagement with several stakeholders.
The Personnel section is responsible to the Head PAB (HPAB) for the recruitment, HR management and administration of NATO International Civilian (NIC) personnel appointed to NDC in accordance with appropriate agreements and delegations of authority.
The incumbent of this post is responsible to perform all duties and assume all responsibilities listed in the Principle Duties in a support capacity to the team and to the Head of PAB for a period of six months with possibility of renewal.
