The M&E assistant will report to the M&E officer in Sabha. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation and data collection.
JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) assistant will be part of the Sabha field office structure, based in Sabha. The M&E assistant will participate in a wide range of data collection activities at the field level, aimed at tracking the progress and performance of all health and protection interventions (e.g. spot checks, focus group discussions, post-distribution monitoring surveys).
The Assistant will participate in a wide range of data collection activities, monitoring and evaluation assessments, observation, focus group discussions (FGD), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and support with CFM activities at their assignment areas, reporting daily findings to the Accountability and Feedback Officer.

The M&E assistant will be based in Sabha with frequent travels to Brack Alshati. She/He will oversee M&E activities both in Sabha and Brack Alshati.
