Terms of Reference

The Livelihoods and Economic Inclusion Individual Contractor will coordinate and implement livelihoods and resilience-building initiatives in Tongogara Refugee Settlement, ensuring alignment with UNHCR’s strategic priorities and national development frameworks. The contractor will work closely with implementing partners, government departments (Ministry of Lands and Agriculture, AGRITEX, Social Services, Rural District Council), and development actors to promote refugee self-reliance and sustainable economic inclusion
