Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)

Main purpose of the job: To provide support to the Communications & Marketing team on the planning, organisation and coordination of soft power campaigns/activities.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Event and campaign management support:

  • Working with the team on campaign/event conceptualisation and planning.
  • Help to manage guestlist, invites and RSVP.
  • Working with designers, photographers and videographers in delivering appealing visuals for an event/campaign.
  • Provide support at events including guest registration, logistic arrangement, liaison with vendors, event set-up and tear down etc.
  • Provide admin and secretarial support (eg meeting invites, minutes taking).

2. Communications and marketing support:

  • Monitor social media, planning and generating digital products.
  • Taking photos and short videos during events for internal and external use.
  • Help manage inventory of GREAT branded assets and other promotional materials.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience

  • Able to work on Microsoft programmes such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

This internship role is advertised as a full-time, fixed term role of 4 months.

Working hours:

This is a full-time role (36 hours per week Mon-Fri)

Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 13:15 (with flexibility around start/finish times)
