The Project Support Officer reports to the Senior Project Manager.
Project Coordination & Support ▪ Assist in scheduling and coordinating project activities, meetings, and workshops. ▪ Maintain project calendars and timelines aligned with key milestones. ▪Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely task completion. Documentation & Communication ▪ Create and manage project documentation including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. ▪ Ensure documentation is current, accessible, and accurately reflects project status. ▪ Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, providing timely updates. ▪ Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on objectives. Budget & Finance Management ▪ Support the development and monitoring of project budgets across Health and Education components. ▪ Track expenditures and ensure alignment with approved allocations and donor requirements. ▪ Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget revisions. ▪ Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely submission of official budget change requests. ▪ Maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal and donor policies. Resource & Stakeholder Engagement ▪ Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize project execution. ▪ Contribute to stakeholder presentations and financial updates. ▪ Foster collaboration with focal staff, including HD eHealth and ED Project Coordinators, to ensure seamless implementation.
