JOB DESCRIPTION

📍 Location: Kampong Thom Province, Cambodia

Compassion International is looking for someone passionate about working with churches and helping them serve children in need. As a Partner Preparation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in identifying and preparing local churches to become partners in our ministry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build strong relationships with pastors and church leaders across denominations.
• Help churches understand Compassion’s mission and prepare them for partnership.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings that cast vision for child and youth ministry.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assess areas of need and plan new partnerships.
• Ensure churches are aligned with Compassion’s values, especially around child protection.
• Support the transition of new partners to our ongoing facilitation teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in church ministry or community development work.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills as you’ll be engaging with church leaders regularly.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple leads and partnership processes.
• A heart for the local church and children, and alignment with Compassion’s Christian mission.
• Comfortable working in local languages; English is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Kampong Thom province
