• Advanced professional training in a relevant discipline combined with two years of experience related to the position. Other acceptable training or experience: secondary education combined with four years of experience related to the position, or equivalent training combined with sufficient and relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of public procurement processes.
• Ability to work with minimal hierarchical control.
• Ability to organize one’s work, to prioritize tasks to be accomplished, and to cope with a heavy workload under tight deadlines.
• User-level knowledge of the SAP software package.
• Well-established communication skills (written, oral and presentation).
• Keen sense of human relations, ability to deal with staff with tact and understanding.
• Discretion, courtesy, and good judgment are necessary.

JOB DETAILS

Basic monthly salary: EUR 5,364.39, non-taxable.

NSPA staff of the same rank may submit a transfer request until December 3, 2025.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Qualified NATO civilian candidates of the same grade who are on notice due to job elimination will be considered as a priority.

Interviews are scheduled to take place approximately six weeks after the application deadline. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office will inform you of the status of your application in due course.

Furthermore, please note that due to the high level of interest in the NSPA and the large number of potential applicants, inquiries made by telephone or email cannot be answered.

Please note that if you currently hold a military or national civil service position, you will need to decide, in accordance with the regulations in force in your country, whether you wish to retire, resign from your position, or request special leave from your national authorities to fill a NSPA position. If you are invited to a preliminary interview, you will also be asked to indicate your preference at that time.
