The developer supports the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of digital solutions and works with the development team to define, design, test, and deliver the necessary new developments. They will be responsible for the technical analysis, development, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the organization’s digital tools.

Likewise, it supports the identification of third-party digital solutions and will be involved in the design, planning and implementation phases. 

She will be responsible for analyzing and validating technical proposals and ensuring compliance with the regulations defined by Action Against Hunger, following best practices such as Clean Code.

It also participates in basic and advanced training for users of the digital solutions adopted by the organization.

 

The main activities you will perform are the following:
  • Design, implement and maintain digital solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Technical analysis, development, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the organization’s digital tools.
  • Training, education and knowledge transfer

 

Does this description fit you?
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages, programming methodology, agile methodologies, quality requirements, and code versioning
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming, preferably back-end development in .NET. Development of REST API services. Experience with relational databases (SQL Server/MySQL). Knowledge of TypeScript is desirable. Experience with Azure or AWS hosting. Experience using version control systems like Git or Mercurial.
  • Experience working with ETL tools or data processing (SSIS or similar).
  • Critical thinking and also being able to pay full attention to detail, good research and organizational skills, interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing and able to work in a team, either as a team member or team leader. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to demonstrate excellent service skills to user areas.
