家护工人（Health Worker）– On Lok PACE at IOA（旧金山）

加入 On Lok PACE at IOA，一个深深扎根于旧金山华人社区的项目。从唐人街起步，我们发展成一个“一站式”服务，帮助长者保持健康、积极生活并继续留在家中。项目包括医疗护理、社交活动、餐饮和交通，并在熟悉的语言和文化中提供服务。

时薪

• $21/小时

工作内容

• 在客户家中提供个人护理和协助。
• 进行基本健康监测并陪同客户参加医疗预约。
• 提供情感支持、准备餐食和轻型家务。

职位要求

• 至少 1 年与长者共事的经验。
• 持有护理助理（CNA）证书者优先。
• 必须具备中文能力；会西班牙语、俄语或越南语者优先。
• 有交通工具者优先。
• 具备团队合作精神、沟通能力和本地社区知识。
• 必须具备在美国工作的合法身份（无需雇主担保）。
