This is an exciting opportunity to join the team within Torbay Recovery Initiatives (TRI) and Growth In Action Structure (GIA). This role will be an integral part of the service as we move toward a more integrated, dynamic approach. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver Trauma Informed and Person-Centred support working towards positive client outcomes and ensure the highest standards of collaborative working within Torbay. You’ll work with people referred by prisons, courts, police custody, probation, and other agencies – many of whom have offending behaviour linked to substance misuse. This is a hands-on, varied role, with full training and support provided.

What are we working towards?

• Services across the alliance working together

• Everything coproduced

• No wrong door approach

• Tell your story once

• Continuity of recovery worker
