Head of Housekeeping/Duty Manager

As Head of Housekeeping/Duty Manager at our Islington Club, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness and presentation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and comfort throughout our facility, leading and inspiring our Clean Team to deliver exceptional service every day. You’re enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and you share our passion for exceptional member experience.

As Head of Housekeeping/Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including opening and closing the club when on shift
• Lead, train, and inspire our Clean Team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation
• Own the Clean Team rota, cleaning schedules, stock management and payroll, ensuring resources align with club usage and peak times
• Conduct daily club walks, respond to urgent cleaning needs, and maintain stock levels and equipment functionality.
• Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site as a designated Pool responder
