The objective of the Centre is to provide trusted ICT services and digital business solutions to its Clients and Partner Organizations.

Background information:

The DHoTS Project Support Consultant will collaborate and act on projects within the Digital Hub of Treasury Solutions (DHoTS) service.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The consultant will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Associate Product Delivery & Development Officer within the Digital Solutions Digital Product (DSDP) Unit and in close collaboration with the project focal points within the team. Under the guidance and in close collaboration with the relevant team members, the consultant shall ensure the completion of the following deliverables:

Support the coordination for the project initiation phase, including organizing the kick-off meeting and support the movilization the necessary resources, and contribute to the pre-execution phase as required
Support the definition and monitoring of the project plan, including:
Ensuring all aspects are kept up to date
Support the coordination of dependencies among different streams of work
Work on necessary communications towards the project stakeholders, including escalations, and proactively highlight any attention points
Support the Change Control process all along the project and formalize the change requests as required
Formalize the project milestones and any quality deliverables, support the coordination for the project closure process, and gather the lessons learned
Handle and maintain up-to-date project documentation and reporting (project plan, status updates, risk register, issue log, and budget reporting)
Collaborate in internal optimization projects as required, by assessing current areas of improvement, providing and analyzing possible solutions (including innovative approaches and tool configuration), defining the action plan, and ensuring end-to-end project delivery.
Participate in the standardization of the delivery management process (process mapping, template creation, SOP drafting,).
Collaborate with the Associate Product Delivery & Development Officer and the relevant team members in creating presentations, reports, and analytical documents as appropriate for internal and external use
Collaborate with the Associate Product Delivery & Development Officer in monitoring key indicators and reports relevant to the DSDP Unit, and ensure a timely update in collaboration with the relevant team members.
Ensure that the respective task assignments are accurately updated from a project management perspective
Recruitment Profile
Experience and Skills required:

Essential:

At least four (4) years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in payment hubs/fintech contexts
Demonstrated knowledge of the digital payments/fintech processes
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices
Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and technical requirements
Desirable:

Experience with enterprise tools like Jira, ClickUp or others
Experience with programme/project management software and tools.
Prior knowledge of business analysis, or previous experience in business consulting.
Familiarity with AI tools, such as Copilot, and prompt engineering concepts
Education:

Essential:

First university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration or similar fields
Desirable:

Certification in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, or other)
Languages:

English: Expert knowledge is required

Compensation:

Fee will be based either on the National Officer salary scales or the Individual Consultancy band levels (for Headquarters)
