Background of the project

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic well-being, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC works in over 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities, helping people survive, reclaim control of their future, and strengthen their communities. The IRC has been operating in Thailand since 1975 and currently provides assistance to displaced per-sons in Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Mae Hong Son provinces.

Scope of work

-Scan finance document as requirement onward (FY24 & FY25)

-Handle in-out Sub-Srithai storage

-Managing the vendor receipt for filing

-Perform other tasks as requested by senior finance team members

Deliverables:

  • Day to day checking supporting document and ensure all the financial documents are properly filed and tagged per requirements. Requirements:
  • Education: High vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or relevant field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year with relevant work experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with accounting systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond to urgent requests, and meet regular deadlines.
  • Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Internet).
  • Positive attitude and excellent service mind.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
