About the Role

Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and risk management.
Excellent communication, engagement, and advocacy skills.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multi-agency environments.
A non-judgmental, empathetic, and empowering approach to working with vulnerable women.
An understanding of trauma-informed and intersectional practices.
High levels of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
