We’re looking for a passionate and creative Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic National Psychological Services Team at Waythrough.

About the role
As a Clinical Psychologist, you’ll step into a key leadership role providing psychological expertise and supporting our dedicated teams working with people experiencing problem substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.

You will:

• Deliver direct psychological support, including trauma-informed interventions and specialist assessments.
• Guide Recovery Navigators and Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners through complex cases.
• Provide group supervision and reflective practice across our community, HOPE, and criminal justice teams.
• Lead and co-create training sessions, workshops, and therapeutic groups.
• Influence and innovate—embedding trauma-informed practices and representing the service at local and national forums.
