Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures security and manages sponsorship database such as SSUI (HOPE) and GN, both the hardware and software in Este Area Programs under SO Japan.
• Manages child data record and data control, both in database and on file and ensuring data integrity and privacy.
• Manages and delivers sponsorship operations services and ensures timely integration of various sponsorship requirements in Area Program process or Technical Project activities within the standard turnaround time.
• Provides technical support in educating families and communities on sponsorship standards and requirements and in establishing community-based child monitoring mechanism.
• Ensures timely submission of various sponsorship technical reports with detailed and accurate analysis of data.
• Contributes in organizational activities and performs other prescribed tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or other related courses

• Outstanding performance in data management, data analysis and computer operations

• Proficiency in System Operations and Data Management

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Child Data Analyst

Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement:

• He/she will be based in Balangiga, Eastern, Samar. Field work is also required.
