As a Radiology Administrator at our Guildford Hospital, you’re able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you hold an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or an equivalent qualification, but this isn’t essential.

As an Administrator in our Radiology department, you have to:

• Demonstrable relevant experience working within a similar role

• Good IT and keyboard skills

• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

• Good organisation and analytical skills

• Experience of working in a customer-facing environment

• Knowledge and understanding of clinical terminology

• Outstanding telephone manner

• Adaptable to change

• Able to work Monday – Saturday, between 7:30-20:00 hrs

• Demonstrate any relevant experience, which would allow you to meet the above criteria.

• Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic

• NVQ 2 or equivalent would be desirable for this position.

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital provides high-quality healthcare working with leading Consultants to offer a range of services and treatments for preventing, diagnosing and treating a wide array of medical conditions and offer a wide range of complex surgery and services. Our facilities include 49 en-suite patient bedrooms, 4 operating theatres, acute dependency and oncology units. We’ve been awarded the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark for cancer care. Our site is shared with an NHS Trust hospital, giving us access to their facilities. The working atmosphere is highly professional and stimulating, yet friendly and collaborative like that of a large family unit.

The hospital is easily accessible from the A3 or M25 and we are located about 1.5 miles from Guildford town centre.
