Job Description:

Major Responsibilities

Commodity Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of all commodity movements in the Commodity Tracking System (CTS)-LMMS.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely updates of receipts, dispatches, and distributions.
  • Verify supporting documents for commodity transactions to ensure compliance with organizational and donor standards.
  • Generate regular commodity status reports for management and donors.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and field teams to resolve discrepancies in commodity data.
  • Liaise with project teams, warehouse staff, and program teams to ensure smooth flow of information.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of commodity-related documents (waybills, stock reports, distribution lists).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on commodity tracking for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support audits and compliance checks by providing accurate data and documentation.
  • Provide timely updates to supervisors on commodity tracking issues and administrative matters.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication related to commodity and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and support procurement processes as needed.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic records.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • University bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting or computer or related field.
  • minimum two years experiences in the field of accounting or data tracking
  • Good command of Myanmar & English
  • Some level of travel is expected
  • Detail oriented, Matured, Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
