About the job

Based in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join CSU Brussels – the central technology service provider for NATO Headquarters. You will manage the administration and maintenance of CIS Assets Property Accounting Records for NCI Agency Entities and External Customers that rely on the services CSU Brussels provides. You will also conduct Annual Inventory Inspections as well as enable the Requisitioning, Receipt, Storage, Distribution, Exchange, Movement and Disposal of CIS Assets that fall under the CSU’s resposibility. About you

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Senior Assistant (Logistics) with ideally higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with at least 4 years post-related experience.

A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience in Supply and Asset Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management is required.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
