The Opportunity
The Coordinator will support the Project Manager- Education in Emergency (EiE) through overseeing DANIDA SPA and DFAT AHP-IV funded Multi-Year project activities in Cox’s Bazar refugee camps, with a focus on (1) excellent program implementation, including timely activity implementation according to plan and routine monitoring against agreed indicators, (2) undertake frequent field monitoring to provide regular project progress updates and monitoring program activities according to the plan (3) ensure procurement is on time, within budget and in line with technical specifications etc. S/he will also provide day-to-day oversight of the project(s) and coordinate between SCI and the implementing partner. S/he will actively monitor overall Education activities, ensuring activities are delivered on time, on budget maintaining quality, and that delays or issues with implementation are flagged immediately and corrective actions are taken accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience both in development and humanitarian settings, preferably in Education and Education in Emergency (EiE) program
• Advanced expertise on Partnership, communication, project operations monitoring, budgeting, and tracking, procurement, distribution etc.
• Sufficient knowledge of pedagogy, material development, conducting training, non-formal education programme, Education policy etc.
• Clear understanding of the Rohingya response situation of the country, education in emergency, formal and non-formal Education theories and practices etc
• Displays advanced technical proficiency, including bilingual computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and applying technical expertise, complemented by effective communication, networking, and time management skills.
• Master’s Degree, preferably in Education/Social Science/Development Studies and other relevant faculties.
