The IFC Sydney office is seeking to recruit a Team Assistant (TA) to assist in the country activities of the IFC. The TA carries out a full range of reception and office support duties. The TA coordinates extensively with service units and frequently liaises with team members at headquarters and in the field, as well as external counterparts. TA may also be assigned responsibility for some of the unit’s administrative functions. The position will report to the Pacific Office Administrator, who will provide supervision and guidance. Role & Responsibilities: Using word processing or desktop publishing skills to produce complex text, reports, figures, graphs, etc., according to standard Bank formats and distribution. Incorporating agreed comments into documents, fully using shared drives and software capabilities. Providing updates and follow-up on any identified action items.

Selection Criteria Successful candidates are expected to have the following qualifications: • Demonstrated capacity to multitask and prioritize workload, work with minimal supervision with initiative and resourcefulness. Ability to follow through with the team’s priorities and respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
