Where you come in:

In this permanent part-time position (3 days per week – days negotiable), you’ll provide effective and efficient administrative support that increases our ability to make a positive impact in our community.

You’ll report to the Operations Support Manager and to secure the right person, we are keen to hear from candidates located in the Latrobe Valley and Melbourne.

The role will be based in our office in either Melbourne or Moe, but can be worked from home 1 or 2 days per week.

You will make a difference by:

  • Providing support for staff and network meetings including development and distribution of agendas and minutes
  • Supporting staff with administrative and operational tasks as required (data entry, timesheets, system access, logging IT requests, etc)
  • Assisting with monthly stock orders as required
  • Organising contractors and quotes as required to meet office needs
  • Ensuring utilities, property management and fleet/vehicle invoices are processed in a timely manner
