NRC Ukraine works with a range of partners to extend its access to people in need and to build the capacity of local organizations and institutions for longer-term sustainability. To work in partnership more effectively, NRC Ukraine is strengthening its internal systems and developing standard operating procedures for partnership management, building on NRC’s existing Partnership Toolkit. Partner capacity building requires inputs across NRC teams, from Finance, M&E and Learning, Programmes and others; effective partnership requires greater internal coordination and partner mapping. This role requires a proactive attitude, combined with a diverse set of skills including an understanding of partnership programming.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting, and will integrate these skills within the broader scope of partnership development.
