Description of the Assignment: National Consultant for the production of 10 human stories about people affected by the war in Ukraine and the impact of UNDP’s support on their well-being

Duration of assignment / or end date (if applicable): 5 months from the contract start

!PLEASE NOTE: the currency of the proposal is UAH. Furthermore, UNDP will enter into a contract with the selected national consultant in UAH.

Main objectives of the assignment: to create 10 compelling human stories that capture the real-life experiences of individuals who have benefited from UNDP’s assistance.

Scope of work:

It is expected that in terms of implementation of the assignment, the Contractor will conduct the following activities:

• • Organizing 10 individual and/or group interviews with UNDP’s beneficiaries who have been preliminarily chosen to be featured in each story.
  • Producing 10 human stories (up to 650 words each) in Ukrainian and English within the thematic areas described in the background.
  • Organizing and managing 10 professional photoshoots (one for each story, up to 30 photos per story).
  • Preparing 10 posts for Facebook and LinkedIn (one post in Ukrainian and English for both platforms) and a separate post for Instagram (with photos and a brief summary of the interview). In addition, one tweet per story in Ukrainian and English will be prepared for X (Twitter).
