Technical Writer – Consultant

Winrock International is looking to engage Technical Writers to support projects within the Ecosystem Services Unit (ECO). A successful candidate will be an experienced technical writer who has:
ECOSYSTEM SERVICES UNIT (ECO):
Selected writers will collaborate on materials with members of the ECO team. The ECO team has been at the cutting edge of the evaluation of ecosystem services from forests and agriculture for 25 years. The ECO team is a global leader in carbon accounting in food systems and Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position works with technical specialists within our private sector area to develop comprehensive product documentation and end-user documentation such as instruction manuals, reference guides, and training modules. The technical writer would translate complex information into polished content and write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience.
