Position Title: Program Manager, Counter-Trafficking in Persons (CTIP)

POSITION SUMMARY
Position Purpose: The HREE Group houses Winrock’s diverse portfolio of programs to promote education and human rights and to combat child labor, human trafficking, and gender-based violence in Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean. This position will require occasional international travel.
Position Overview: This Program Manager position will manage project work plans for CTIP project teams, working directly with the COP and Unit Director(s) to ensure that project delivery meets and exceeds the expectations of the client, follows Winrock policies and procedures, and ensures that Winrock is positioned to win new work. In addition, this position will work closely with Winrock’s Analytics, Gender, Inclusion, Learning and Evaluation (AGILE) team to design, implement and monitor HREE project indicators and targets for our clients. Finally, the incumbent will support new business development efforts aligned with the Winrock, HREE, and CTIP strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience is required.
Computer/Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) is required.
Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation skills required.
Language: Fluency in English required. Proficiency in other languages preferred.
Required Travel: 10-20% international travel may be required

The salary range for this role is set between $85,000 and $95,000, with the majority of candidates typically land within the midpoint of this range, there is an additional 10% contribution for a 403b annually and an excellent benefits package.
