The Finance Department is responsible for managing the Bank’s financial position through effective planning and administration of the functions of financing, investing, accounting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, financial analysis and reporting. The Department is also responsible for developing and administering financial policies and procedures and strengthening the Bank’s infrastructure and capability to mobilise resources to support its development agenda. In addition, the Department has responsibility for corporate procurement and asset risk insurance.
Reporting to the Accounting Assistant, the Senior Accounts Clerk is accountable for carrying out complex and critical assignments and the provision of support services to the assigned Unit.

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
This is a full-time position with the successful candidate being contracted on a two-year basis in the first instance, with the possibility of renewal. The salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. A pension plan, life and medical insurances are included in the benefits package.
