Description of the Assignment: UNDP is looking for a National consultant for the assignment : IC/2024/015 – National consultant on final evaluation of SDGBE project. – The project ‘SDG-aligned Budgeting to Transform Employment in Mongolia’ (SDGBE) aims to increase employment and promote decent work in Mongolia. Under this primary goal, the project aims to achieve two outcomes:

Outcome 1 – to support efficient, accountable, and responsive delivery of public services in the Labour and Employment sector.

Outcome 2 – to support the modernization of Mongolia’s public finance management (PFM) systems and strengthening institutional capacities.

 

As the project is at the final stage of its implementation, selected Individual will carryout the Final Evaluation exercise planned to prepare a report that provides an independent assessment (based on the five criterions, namely relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability) on the project’s progress and results, key lessons learned, and recommendations for potential future initiatives

Period of assignment/services : 25 days over the period of 3 months
