Key Responsibilities:

60% Lead day to day implementation of activities in the project different locations

a. Support the ECHO-EIE Grant Manager in the timely, on-budget, and high-quality technical implementation of ECHO project activities.

b. Ensure timely and quality spending of the budget in compliance with budget timelines and plans, in full coordination with ECHO Grant Manager.

c. Conduct field monitoring visits to the various activities in the different locations in coordination with the ECHO Grant Manager, technical staff, and supporting departments (as necessary).

d. Provide logistical and procurement support needed for the activities’ implementation, maintaining all required documentation as instructed by the ECHO Grant Manager.

e. Develop quarterly narrative reports on implementation progress as requested by the ECHO Grant Manager.

25% Communication, Monitoring, and Evaluation:

a. Assist M&E staff in the data collection for project indicators based on set tools and in alignment with the M&E plan.

b. Support data collection for the baseline and end line of the project, including reviewing both reports.

c. Assist in preparing communication materials in adherence with the existing communication plan, in coordination with the Grant Manager.

15% Grants Acquisition and Compliance:

a. Support the compilation of the Grant Health Tracker (GHT) on a quarterly basis.

c. Ensure all project activities comply with donor regulations and World Vision policies

d. Maintain updated records of compliance-related documentation and ensure all activities meet the required compliance standards.

Knowledge/Qualifications for the Role

  • University degree/background in Business, Project Management, Education or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of progressive work experience in providing support in projects implementation, working experience in international organizations is a plus.

  • Experience in project management cycle

  • Experience in data collection and reporting

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Experience in using Microsoft office

  • Good Command of Spoken and written English

  • Good writing skills

  • Have a valid driving license

  • Excellent English written and spoken required. Arabic written and spoken fluency.

  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel up to 50% domestically to the different project sites in the northern, central and southern parts of the West Bank.
