CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL

Le Programme alimentaire mondial des Nations Unies (PAest la plus grande agence humanitaire luttant contre la faim dans le monde. Pour appuyer ses operations, le PAM au Burkina Faso recherche des Assistant(de gestion.

LE POSTE

Effectuer un large éventail de tâches et d’activités d’aide à la gestion dans un domaine d’activité spécialisé pour contribuer à une fourniture efficace des services.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustiv:

Rassembler des informations à inclure dans des rapports, des courriers et divers autres documents pour aider d’autres membres du personnel à travailler avec efficacité.

Répondre à des questions courantes et donner des orientations précises en temps voulu.

Traiter et gérer les tâches administratives et financières courantes dans divers domaines fonctionnels pour contribuer à une gestion efficace et en temps voulu des ressources.

Gérer et alimenter des fichiers et des bases de données pour s’assurer que les informations sont structurées et que le personnel peut y accéder facilement.

Entretenir des relations avec diverses personnes en fournissant une aide à la gestion pour faciliter le partage des informations et la prestation de services à l’intention du personnel.

Relire des rapports, des courriers et divers autres documents, en les corrigeant si nécessaire conformément aux directives établies.

Contribuer à l’amélioration des procédures opératoires.

Collecter des données et effectuer des analyses simples pour contribuer à une gestion efficace des informations de gestion.

Donner des orientations à des collègues moins expérimentés pour les aider à s’acquitter de leurs tâches.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE:

Formation: Avoir au minimum le Baccalaureat

Expérience: Au moins cinq ans d’expérience professionnelle, à des niveaux de responsabilité de plus en plus élevés, dans le domaine considéré, assortis d’une expérience du travail administratif.

Connaissances et compétences:

• Connaissance des pratiques et des méthodes courantes de gestion, acquise dans le cadre d’une formation technique et de l’expérience professionnelle.

• Aptitude à nouer et à entretenir des relations avec diverses personnes pour assurer un service d’appui efficace.

• Aptitude à mener des analyses simples de données et à corriger en toute autonomie des problèmes appelant une attention particulière.

• Aptitude à assurer le suivi et l’enregistrement d’opérations financières.

• Bonnes compétences en matière de communication nécessaires pour échanger des informations et travailler avec des personnes d’horizons divers.

• Aptitude à préserver la confidentialité des informations.

Connaissances linguistiques: maîtrise du francais (parlée et écritet connaissance de l’anglais.
