About the Role
Supporting the process of job requisition, search, selection, and hiring of new hires;
Assisting the process of on boarding and off boarding all team members;
Working together with Operation Team to create and to maintain an employee leave database;
Supporting Operation Team to maximize the use of time-sheet for both administration use and performance review use;
Helping to build a more efficient travel reporting system and to implement it on a regular basis;
Streamlining and processing the correspondence with external parties in forms of but not limited through lettering and agreement;
Supporting the organizing of regular board members meeting;
Working side by side Operation Team to build a safe and comfortable space for every team member in the office, both virtually and in person; and
Administering the use of technology for all staffs which includes but not limited to Zoom account.
Required Skills and Experience
Fluency in English;
Highly organized and detail-oriented;
Passionate in administrative and technical works;
Basic budgeting and financial knowledge;
Time management and multitasking skills;
Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently and under minimal supervision;
Good Communication skills;
Proficient in Excel/Word;
IT-savvy;
Familiar with Salesforce and general IT tools (desirable);
Bachelor degree in any majors;
Around 3-4 years of organizational or voluntary experience in a operational matters; and
