Here you’re empowered to make a difference in children’s lives as the Retail Store Manager of our new concept Croydon Op Shop, where you’ll be at the forefront of driving our retail vision. Your role will involve leading a diverse team of volunteers, inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store targets. From managing the volunteer roster to spearheading local marketing campaigns, you’ll play a pivotal role in maximising profits while creating positive change. This is your chance to bring the Croydon community together, nurture a collaborative team spirit, and contribute to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.

 

You will make a difference by:

· Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store targets

· Providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, training and support for volunteers

· Assisting to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

· Managing the volunteer roster and ensure shifts are covered

· Collaborating with the retail team to drive sales and maximise profits
