In this casual role, you’ll work as a part of our Retail team in Croydon to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Casual Assistant Store Manager plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children, working to support our volunteer teams. Whether it’s training and nurturing a co-operative team of volunteers who form our core workforce or leading by example to drive high store standards and sales results, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
· Undertaking volunteer induction for all new team members
· Providing training, coaching, and mentoring of a diverse team of Retail volunteers.
· Providing high levels of customer service
· Maintaining a high standard of store presentation
· Assisting with maintaining volunteer team schedules
· Willing to work regular Sundays
· Supporting local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activities
· Showing leadership towards health and safety compliance and awareness
