HR/Admin as a role has a responsibility to ensure compliance to DRC procedures and guidelines in area of human resources and administration within White Nile office. The role contributes to the development of country strategies, which are translated into action plans and day-to-day tasks. The role provides support and/or technical guidance to White Nile operations. w
Main responsibilities: Human Resources Person Specifications: • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar field. All DRC roles require the post-holder to master DRC’s core competencies: Required education: University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification |
