In general, ADB consulting contracts may be extended to a reasonable degree when doing so is justified within ADB's core procurement principles. Any extensions are subject to operational needs, consultant performance, and continued availability of funds.

Assignment is intermittent from January to December 2025. Consultant should be physically fit/healthy and willing to travel to attend at least 8 in-person consultations in ADB member countries and be available to meet the Board- Management Working Group on the Review of the ADB Accountability Mechanism, virtually and visit Manila at least twice to discuss or present to the same group, in-person.
