KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive):
1. Be responsible for the daily operational of the guest house facility to ensure safe and hygienic environment as well as the well-being of staff, while ensuring high quality customer services.
2. Take care of standard maintenance and propose extraordinary ones. Ensure that booking requests received through e-mails or phone are re-directed to the Humanitarian Booking Hub.
4. Use the global corporate Digital Office with booking, occupancy, pricing, invoicing, maintenance, expenses, revenue, reporting and training services under the Global Accommodation Corporate Booking Service.
5. Ensure the WFP accommodation agreement is duly signed by guests and residents upon assignment of an accommodation unit.
6. Ensure accommodation invoices are properly issued for each occupant, Ensure the proper handover of the accommodation service duties, including the use of the Digital Office, to alternates for temporary or permanent basis.
7. Issuing and settling guest house bills.
8. Maintaining and submitting Guest house Income & Expenditure report on monthly basis.

10. Be responsible for the regular and extraordinary maintenance of the guesthouse, by conducting routine inspections on regular basis to plan any preventive action required.
11. Supervise and manage the performance of the outsourced service providers.
