International Organization for Migration is hiring a CCCM Data Entry Assistant to be responsible for coordinating the implementation of CCCM activities focused on the people out of place and at the Hotés communities in the high presence areas of PDI through the Establishment and the follow -up of community resources centers.
Associations and responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of the CCCM cluster response strategy(Camp management and coordination) in coordination with cluster partners and local authorities.
Help identify capacity building needsand the implementation of the strategy for the cluster.
Provide guidelines for decision -makingAnd the operational responses relating to the management and coordination of camps at the local level, ensuring that they are adapted to the national/regional context.
Facilitate CCCM coordination meetingsIn the Artibonite department and monitor the recommendations of the national level.
Encourage the use of common standards and toolsAmong sector partners such as 4W.
Collaborate closely with local partners, including government authorities and NGOs, to maintain an inclusive and sensitive approach to gender in the management and coordination of collective sites and centers.
Work with NGOs and government partnersTo promote the use of a community approach to coordination and management of collective sites/centers and analysis of age, gender and diversity in planning, evaluation and monitoring in order to guarantee respect for the rights of all and equality between men and women.
Represent the CCCM cluster within interinstitutional coordination bodiesAnd during meetings relating to the management of travel inside and outside the collective sites/centers and similar environments, including community resources centers (CRC).
Ensure the affair with the local authorities, including the Directorate General for Civil Protection (DGPC), and develop good working relationships with them in order to obtain their support in time on the ground.
Work in coordination with the various heads of IOMAt the central level in order to seize all programmatic opportunities and synergies with other agencies.
Plan and organize training sessionsFor local authorities, NGOs and community partners in order to strengthen their capacity in site management, coordination and management of travel.
Develop regular reports on CCCM activitiesUsing defined performance indicators, and ensuring constant follow -up to assess the impact of interventions and adjust strategies according to the lessons learned.
Perform other tasks as needed.

Required qualifications and experience
EDUCATION
License or equivalent or superior university degree in project management, psychology, sociology, social sciences, anthropology or other similar fields with at least four years of relevant professional experience, or;
Diploma/Certificate of Secondary Studies with at least six years of relevant professional experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in liaison with government authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non -governmental organizations is required
Work experience in international organizations and the humanitarian community, including established coordination mechanisms such as clusters or sectors, is an asset.
An experience in team supervision is required.
Professional experience in the field of community or social development and community mobilization.

Strong planning skills.
