Enable continuous access to education for children, youth, and teachers around the world and drive improved learning outcomes through high-quality, portable education to support their entry into other education or opportunity pathways, including formal education


The Learning Passport platform has undergone a very rapid expansion in the past few months. 1.5 million new learners, 4 country launches, and 580,000 new course completions are only a few highlights of the Learning Passport in the first half of 2023.

Task description

We are looking for 2 passionate Online Volunteer/s who under the guidance of the Programme Specialist (digital Education) will support our work by writing interview transcripts from user interviews on the Learning Passport. In particular, the Online Volunteers will be asked to: – Write high accuracy interview transcripts from user interviews ( 3 transcripts – approx 4-5 pages) – Analyse the respondents answers and make a summary of key findings (2 pager) The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the Learning Passport team at UNICEF and learn about the ways in which Digital education is scaled.


Required experience

Experience working in an agency or as a freelance transcriptionist Good verbal and writing communication skills is required Strong attention to details Experience working with digital learning and/ or with teachers is desirable


English, Level: Fluent, Desirable
