What we are looking for
NRC is looking for a Regional Finance Adviser, System to join the Latin America Regional Office.
The role holder will integrate the Finance team to lead on some of the regional priorities identified in the support functions, that relates to improving on efficiencies of support systems, roll-out implementation of new ERP systems, and support on redesigning the workflow between the Procurement and Finance Departments, and the Human Resources and Finance Departments. The Regional Finance Adviser will focus on supporting and implementing the NRC Unit4 ERP modules (Finance, Payroll, Project, and Procurement) in all the countries in the Region.
What you will do
- Module Roll Out (designing, planning, delivering training, and the implementation of Unit4 systems across all countries in the Region; creating training materials and offering technical assistance related to use of the Unit4 system; and ensuring Unit4 solutions are effectively meeting the organization’s needs and are utilised appropriately).
- Systems & Tools Development (data architecture and technical advancement responsibility of the Unit4 ERP system to ensure efficient processes and maintain accountability to authorities, donors, staff, and beneficiaries; enhancement of the Unit4 system, procedures, and tools through innovation; and modifying existing Excel tools to meet regional and context-specific needs).
- Integration (integration of Unit4 Procurement with existing ERP related to procurement; as well as integration of Unit4 Finance module with HR ERP).
- Learning & Knowledge Sharing (embedding learning into policies, strategies, handbooks, and guidelines related to Unit4; and responsibility for internal communication, technical exchange, and information sharing on learning and best practices in Unit4).

What you will bring
- ERP systems professional knowledge and experience.
- Accounting, financial controls, procedures, financial management, and financial information systems working knowledge and background.
- Numeracy and analytical skills.
- Training and guidance experience.
- English and Spanish fluency, both written and verbal.

- NRC’s Latin America Regional Office was established in April 2024 with the focus of consolidating the operational structure and oversee the country programmes in the region, to provide strategic guidance and oversight across core programme, advocacy, and support functions in the countries where NRC is currently operating (Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela, also starting up operations in Haiti as of early 2025).

What we offer

- 12-month contract.
- 30% travel, approximately.
